Guidelines For Submitting Online Applications

  • For Citizens to submit Online Applications, registeration with a valid email and mobile is mandatory
  • Incase of non-availability of email or mobile, citizens can approach the Samadhan Kendra located with Deputy Commissioner Office
  • General Public is advised not to enter any dummy data into the application, which consumes time of authorities. All applications will be properly scrutinized before forwarding it to concerned authorities
  • General Public must note that all activities, whatsoever, are logged into Samadhan Application
  • Users in advised to upload attachment keeping in view the internet speed at their end. Recommended attachments size is not more than 1MB
  • Uploading application containing any unsolicited content will be forwarded to investigating agencies to ascertain the scource of application
